Joe R. Phillips Jr. was called home to be with his Lord on Friday Jan. 24, 2015. He was a dedicated salesman for Gulf Packaging for many years and was a loyal member of First Baptist Church of Rockwall. He is survived by his beloved mother, Mildred Phillips, sister, Linda Isom and two nieces, Amy Isom and Andrea Campbell. Services will be held at Grove Hill Funeral Home in Dallas on Wed.
