Joe was self employed as a paint contractor. In his spare time, Joe enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, fishing and grilling.
He is preceded in death by his children, Joe Rudy Rios and Miranda Rochelle Rios; father, Jose M. Rios; mother, Rosa Rios Martinez; and his brother, Daniel G. Rios.
Joe is survived by his son, Paul R. Rios; his daughter, Blanca Rios Mayes; his sisters, Esther Rios Rojo and Mary Ann Brown (husband, Curtis); his brother, Paul Rios (wife, Angie); his grandchildren, Richard Mayes and Ysabella Mayes; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
