John Frank Blankenship IV, age 48, passed away in Los Angeles, CA, August 17, 2018, of liver disease. John is survived by his parents John and Camille, his loving sister Julie, partner and best friend Daryl Olson and their dog Rudi, aunts Betty Ann and Randee, cousins Caren, Steve, Leslie, Spencer, Scott, many nieces and nephews, and a host of close friends. A memorial mass will be held Saturday, September 15th, 2:00 pm, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 848 Harter Rd., Dallas, TX 75218, with a reception to follow in the Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the SPCA of Texas or to St. John’s Episcopal Church.
