Kenneth Joe Williams. Born December 15, 1939 in Bakersfield, California, passed away July 15, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. Ken is preceded in death by his parents, Harlon and Bernice Williams; sister, Anita Gabert. Survivors include: wife of 21 years, Elaine Williams; daughter, Karen Milam and husband Jeff; granddaughter, Lauren Milam; brother, Gilbert Williams and wife Louann; step-children, Don White and wife Janice, Carla and Ricky White; 7 step-grandchildren, and 8 step-great grandchildren. Ken proudly served his country in the Army. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, July 16, 2014, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held, 10:00 AM, Thursday, Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Athens, Texas.
