

Larry married the love of his life, Carol Goldberg on September 4, 1977 and built a beautiful life together over their 48 years. They raised three children in a home built out of love, respect & kindness. His children will cherish not only his love and memories, but also his positive encouragement and motivation. His presence always brought calm, steadiness & comfort.
Larry was the quiet hero of his family and to him there was nothing more important. As the patriarch of the Goldberg family, he showed them all each and every day through his actions and words how much he loved them all and how proud he was of each of them. The pride and joy that Larry had in his children and nine grandchildren was immeasurable. “Pop” as they so fondly called him was his favorite title of all time.
Larry was a successful entrepreneur who started and ran his own company, Gold Star Sales. He built his business on making lasting relationships and was beloved by all with whom he worked. He never backed down from a challenge no matter the circumstances in business and in life.
Larry was a man who worked hard, lived simply and cherished what truly mattered.
Larry is survived by his beloved and dedicated wife of 48 years, Carol Goldberg. His children Zach & Melissa Goldberg, Amanda and Brent Young, and Edmund Snyder. His cherished grandchildren Tyce, Tessa, Beau & Rhett Goldberg, Bexley & Landry Young and Eliana, Noah & Adaline Snyder. Father-in-law Barnett Solomon, brother & sister-in-law Greg & Trudie Goldberg, sister Francie Goldberg, brother-in-law and sister-in-law David & Susan Solomon, and brother-in-law & sister-in-law Scott and Tracey Solomon, as well as his nephews and nieces and extended family that he loved so much.
Larry is proceeded in death by his loved daughter Rebecca Goldberg Snyder, his parents Nate and Joan Goldberg and his mother-in-law Teresa Solomon.
To know Larry was to love him. He will be missed beyond measure.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 1:00p.m., graveside at Shearith Israel Memorial Park on Dolphin Road.
