Linda Janette Melville, 79, passed away on May 15, 2023 in Mesquite, Texas. She was born on May 19, 1943 in Wills Point, Texas to Rev. C.E. Bailey and Jennie Agnes Bailey. Linda was raised in Dallas, Texas and was a credit manager for several years.
Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving and beautiful person.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Rev C.E. Bailey and Jennie Agnes Bailey; husband, Edwin George Melville; sister, Lois Mott; brother, Charles Bailey and nephew, Gary Mott. Left to cherish her memory is daughter, Gina Lynn Clark and three stepsons, Ronnie Melville, Billy Melville and Ned Melville and wife, Susie; granddaughters, Sydney and her husband Chris Miron, Jessica Melville, Stacy Melville and Brandy Melville; grandson, Ryan Melville; and nieces, Betty Carolyn Mott, Krystle Howell and Hadley Howell.
A visitation for Linda will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228 with a funeral service to start at 12:00 PM.
