

Minister Lois Jewell Burns, was born October 31, 1931 in Dallas, Texas to the late Ezekiel and Cleo Wilson-Bryant. She was the 3rd of four children. Her parents and siblings all preceded her in death. She attended Booker T. Washington High School in Dallas, Texas and later became self-employed as an Independent Realtor. Minister Burns accepted Christ into her life at an early age. She worked diligently in church throughout her life, ministering to others and put her heart into everything she touched. She was the former Minister of Evangelistic Deliverance Tabernacle for over 30 years. She leaves behind a loving and devoted husband Arlee Burns. In 1948 they united in Holy Matrimony. Lois J. Burns leaves to cherish her precious memories 4 loving daughters; Patricia Beigon, Sheilda Wade (Raymond), Poleto Anderson and Sandray Barrett (Richard). She was also blessed with 7 grandchildren: Shalonda Burns, Raymond Wade Jr., Ardrea Wade, Leroy Anderson III, (Washington, D.C.), Beigon Burns, LaMesha Wade and Legend Barrett; and 9 great-grandchildren. A host of relatives and friends whom loved her dearly and will miss her presence.
