Madeline was born on October 17, 1939 in Penelope, Tx to her parents, Laddy and Lena (Snider) Bakluda. She graduated in 1957 from Grand Prairie High School.
Madeline married her lifelong love, Mr. Milton Jaresh, on June 20, 1959, in Ennis, Tx. They were married for nearly 67 years.
Madeline worked for Connecticut Mutual for several years as a switchboard operator. And after becoming a mother to her daughter Dianne, she dedicated herself to her family and was the best mother and homemaker anyone could have had. She cherished her role and fulfilled it with love and grace.
Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially the precious time she spent with her two grandchildren, who brought endless pride and happiness to her heart.
She expressed her love most often through the warmth of her kitchen. She loved baking and cooking, often flipping through magazines and cookbooks in search of new recipes and inspiration, always eager to create something special or, as she liked to say “eclectic” to share!
Preparing meals for those she loved was one of her favorite ways to care for her family, and she took great joy in making ordinary days feel special.
She also had a beautiful, creative spirit. She loved decorating her home and took special delight in making it warm, festive, and welcoming during the holidays. Her talent for arranging flowers brought her much happiness, and for a time, she even worked as a florist during busy holiday seasons so she could share that gift with others.
She treasured traveling with her husband and family, making memories on so many road trips and camping trips in their RV. And she always enjoyed a lively trip to the casino, the bright lights and sounds of the machines made her smile with excitement! She always had a lucky touch when it came to winning, and the laughter and joy it brought her to win was something to see!
She is preceded in death by her father, Laddy Bakluda, her mother Lena (Snider) Bakluda & her brother Laddy (aka Junior) Bakluda Jr. And her little sister Darlene Jane Bakluda. Along with many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Madeline is survived by her husband, Milton Jaresh, her daughter, Dianne Jaresh Roberts. Her two grandchildren, Granddaughter Channing Roberts and Grandson Jayc Roberts. Her sister, Barbara Betik & brother in law Bob Betik. And many extended family members who love and miss her greatly.
Madeline was a member of the KJT & KJZT - Czech heritage organizations/Catholic Czech club. She was also a member of St.Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church for over 65 years. As well as the St.Pius X over 55 club.
A Holy Rosary will be recited, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 1:00pm at the North Chapel (inside the mausoleum) of Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220.
