A celebration of life service for Manuel will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75232. An inurnment with military honors will occur Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
