

Margie Eulene Killion, age 75 of Dallas, passed away on June 15, 2016. She was born on January 29, 1941 in Port Arthur, Texas, the daughter of Charles Columbus Laing and Margie Edith Callaham Laing.
Eulene is survived by her daughter Cynthia Herring of Dallas; brother Max Laing and wife Gail; sister Wilma Conklin; first husband Jerry Herring; and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Eulene is preceded in death by her second husband Jack Killion, brothers Charles Laing, Delbert Laing, and Glen Laing, as well as her sister Sybil Goodwin.
Eulene graduated from Tipton High School in Tipton, OK, where she played basketball. She later worked as an administrative assistant for Long Star Gas, retiring after 12 years. Eulene was a member at the White Rock United Methodist Church, where she was active in both the Sunday School and Church Choir. She spent much of her free time at the Garden Club, the Widow and Widowers Club, Methodist Hospital Women’s Axillary, water aerobics, and taking piano lessons.
Texas Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16 from 6-8PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd. Dallas, TX 75228. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 17 at 10AM, also at the funeral home.
Oklahoma Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, June 17 from 6-8PM at Jackson Funeral Home, One E. Gladstone Ave., Frederick, OK 73542. Graveside services will be held at 10AM on Saturday, June 18 at the Tipton Cemetery, Tipton, OK.
