Maricela Andrade

Maricela Andrade, 57, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Maricela was born August 18, 1964 in San Antonio, Texas to Alfredo & Maria Saldana. Maricela was raised in Dallas, Texas.

She married Salvador Andrade in 1980 and the couple had four children. She was a homemaker.

In her spare time, Maricela enjoyed reading her Bible. She also enjoyed raising and worshiping the Lord at her church, spending time with her grandchildren, along with praying for her children, family and friends. She also enjoyed traveling to visiting her siblings and watching movies along with baking new recipes from tik tok.

Her family and friends will always remember her as a devoted mother, grandmother, wife, sister, friend and most of all, a devout woman that worshiped the Lord.

Maricela is preceded in death by her parents, Alfredo & Maria De Jesus Saldana; brother, Alfredo Saldana and grandmother, Maria De Jesus Guajardo. Maricela is survived by her husband, Salvador Andrade Gonzalez; children, Eloina Good, Ana Andrade-Lopez, Salvador Andrade Jr., Eusebia Andrade-Pascual; grandchildren, Monica, Sarah, Hannah, Samuel, Matthew, Bryan, Leo, Everly, Joseph, Lucio Jr., Jocelyn, Jackie, Juliana Rose; Siblings, Elizabeth Barboza, Janie Saldana, Emily Sierra, Valerie Hernandez, Rebecca Wolf, and Pedro Israel Saldana.

Those who knew Maricela, can share the heart-warming woman of God she always strived to be. Her joyful spirit was contagious, followed by an encouraging prayer. She left a strong legacy of a virtuous woman of God and a prayer warrior.

A visitation for Maricela will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. An interment will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Oak Grove Memorial Garden, 1413 E Irving Blvd, Irving, TX 75060.
