Marilyn was married to Benton C. Stailey, Jr, until his passing. They raised two daughters together and have many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will keep their memory alive.
Marilyn Stailey was called Home on April 16, 2016. was greeted in Heaven by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her daughters, Connie Tate & Jocelyn Armstrong; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, her sisters, Harriet & Betty, and her brother, Harry, and many more relatives and close friends.
