Born in Dallas Texas July 27, 1935 to his loving parents Mark and Alice Stacy, passed away December 5,2011 engulfed in the love of his family. Mark is preceded in death by his mother and father, Mark and Alice Stacy and son, James Christopher Stacy.
Mark ( Des) leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 52 years Sue Anne Stacy ( Herrin); and son, Mark Desmond Stacy II and Sherry and Cheyenne his loving sister Norma Stacy Galloway and husband Frank Galloway and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Mark was an avid golfer and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He served in the US Army in Germany 1959-1962.
The family wishes to thank all their close friends and family as well as Vitas Hospice, Kyle Bradley and Claudia Merritt for there support in this difficult time.
Funeral Services will be held Friday December 9, 2011 at 3 p.m. at Grove Hill Serenity Chapel, the family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service hour Friday at the funeral home.
