I have worked with Mike when he started at BSWH Customer  service I got to know him better when he was a coordinator.  And even more as a supervisor.  He always said goodmorning with a smile on his face even if you were on the phone and couldn't  see him he made sure you heard him and you could hear that lovely smile in his voice.  I  will truly  miss Mike.  My heart goes out to his family as it is not easy to lose a loved one, but know that his work family is  always here for y'all.  As time goes by and life goes  on  just know that we loved Mike and will greatly  miss  him.  I  will  keep  you all in my Prayers.🙏🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜

Michael will truly be missed.  While I was not super close to him personally, his love for his family shined through every where he went. He always had a smile on his face. My deepest condolences to Valerie and family. Love you all. 

I remember Mike growing up next door to my parents. He was always outside playing as a little boy does with his brothers. I especially remember the days I would get off work and he would get my kiddos and take them over to his side of the yard so they could have fun while I got a little rest. What other child would this this?!
 Mike I am so proud of the great man you turned out to be, a great husband and father.

There isn’t enough words that can be said about you, Mike! You always brought light as you passed. Optimistic, outgoing, funny, and light spirit could be some of the words to describe you. You are truly going to be missed greatly. I know you are in heaven waiting for us to throw a party and when time comes I shall see you! Miss you so much!! 

Mike was one of the first to welcome me to Baylor. He gave me some great advice to not take life too serious and to always stay grounded and focused with family. He was a kind soul and I will cherish my memories of him. May he and his family be showered with love always.

Valerie, you are in my thoughts and prayers.  My condolences to you and your family. 

Mr. Michael was an amazing supervisor. He was always understanding. He always told me how great my customer service was. He even always encourage me to try to worker harder to move up in chains at baylor. I admired him . He never not take up for his team. Even now our team still feels empty without him..he was an amazing leader, and I am thankful God allowed me to meet him.

Mike always made everyone feel welcomed. Prayers for all his friends and family during this journey. 

Mike was my go to guy. Anytime I needed another man to back me up, talk about strength training, sports, jokes etc that was my guy to go too. It hurts, so much. Mike always kept his cool and was just personable and always willing to help. I get compared to him in his approach to things and I take that as such a huge compliment. Those who knew him are better for knowing him, the rest of the world will truly miss out on a great person. So sorry Mike, I miss you man. 

Mike was an amazing and positive person.  He was such a good soul to be around.  He will truly be missed.  i will miss his laugh and his big smile. Big hugs and prayers to the whole Estrada family. We are all here for you- just reach out. Mike will keep looking down over us.  Take care until we meet again Big Mike. 

I worked with Mike when he first came to BSW. I trained him as a CSR and then he moved up to leadership. Mike never changed. He was always positive. We talked about football- he loved DEM BOYZ! He was more than a co- worker, he was my friend. To his wife Valerie and children, and other family, my prayers are with you that God continues to strengthen you during this difficult time. Mike is now our guardian angel- Big Mike- forever in our hearts. 

Mike was a great guy and wonderful Supervisor. He made me feel so welcomed and treated me as if I was apart of the BSWH Family. But he was a jokester and always had a joke or a prank to pull especially if you left your computer on and he seen it and I have had several. But Mike your presence will be missed and never forgotten. Prayers to your wife and children and family may God wrap them in his arms and keep him close to his heart as you did. 

A great loss to all who came to know Mike. He always shared his family funny moments and stories... mostly about his youngest baby boy Matthew. He had a genuine love for his family and you knew he adored them. Mike will be missed greatly by is work family. 💜

I worked with Mike almost 4 years.  He was first my coordinator then became my supervisor.  He was the best supervisor I’ve ever had.  I remember when I thought I would get in trouble for doing something wrong at work Mike always said “don’t worry...I got you....you good”.  He wasn’t only my supervisor but like a brother to me.  I will truly miss him.  My thoughts and prays are with you Valerie, kids and family.

Mike was younger than me. We had a lot to learn from each other. He always had my back and likewise. He was one of the few real men I respected after years of coming across sorry excuses for a human beings. He commanded respect without telling you. You knew he had a plan and he had a way of making you get out of you’re ignorance and seeing things from a better perspective. I’m not going to get over losing my friend. He was one of a very few whom I will always call family. Godspeed brother, fly with the angels and rest. Your job here is done.

To the family of Michael Estrada, Our prayers go to all of you, we feel your loss. I have a memory of Michael, when Jackie and Juan moved back to Texas. I flew to Georgia to ride back with Jackie. When we were coming on I-30, the traffic was backed up and hear someone blowing their horn and saying "hey its me Michael".  And he made it to get next to us. He asked how we doing and we chuckled because it was a very log drive.  His relationship with his brother was a very good one and he dearly loved his family.  Now Michael will be in heaven with his mother and brother. May God's love be upon you. Love you, Christine, Joe, Rita & Liz and our family.
