Mildred Louise Phillips went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 24, 2016. She is survived by her loving daughter, Linda Isom, grand-daughters, Amy Isom and Andrea Campbell and brother and sister-in-law James and Edna Scheuermann. She was preceded in death by her cherished son, Joe Phillips, Jr. and husband Joe Phillips Sr. Mildred touched the lives of all that knew her with her sweet and humorous spirit and her dedication and love for the Lord.
