

Mildred Evelyn Woolley, 92, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2024. She was born on March 25, 1932, in Dallas, Texas to Henry and Ruth Riddell. Mildred graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1949.
She married Charles Kenneth Woolley in 1950 and the couple had four children.
She was a homemaker, played the piano at church and taught private lessons. Mildred worked at a local employment agency as a counselor. She was a member of Casa View Baptist Church and later Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church.
In her spare time Mildred enjoyed bowling, roller skating and was an avid square dancer. Her family and friends will always remember her love for horses and her many pets.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Ruth Riddell, brothers Henry, Jr. and Raymond Riddell and her husband of 68 years Charles Woolley. She survived by her children, son, Chuck and wife Bari, daughters, Charla and husband Tom, Sandra and husband Gary and Cynthia.
She was also the proud grandmother of Shannon, Stacey, Tami, Holly, Michael, Ryan, Adam, Wendi, and Dana. Also, great grandmother to Katie, Piper, Beckett, Jillian, Emily, Makenna, Adriana, Juliana, AJ, Leo, Cam, Scout, Olivia, and Gianna.
Celebration of life will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Grove Hill Funeral Home 3920 Samuell Blvd. Dallas, Texas.
