Paul was raised in Oak Cliff and attended/graduated from Sunset High School. He was a Patient Transporter at Parkland Hospital where he worked for more than 10 years.
In his spare time Paul enjoyed music, family, laughing, making jokes. His family and friends will always remember him as a Comedian, Life of the Party person.
He is preceded in death by his Family.
Survived by: His Girlfriend Lina Martinez, Ex-Wife Maggie Nino, Five Children Priscilla Nino, Marina Tovar, Angela Tovar, Cassie Tovar and Madisson Tovar. Three Grandchildren Victoria, Mila and Luka. Three Brothers Pete, Frank and Brian Tovar. Two Sisters Priscila Tovar Lewis and Susie.
