Esparza, Porfirio Santiago (Jim) of Desoto, TX went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2013. Born July 30, 1944 in Shelby, MI to Santiago Esparza and Concepcion Franco Esparza. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, 2 nephews & a granddaughter. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Olivia, 3 daughters, Sandra Rivera and husband Rene, Angela Torres and husband Edward, Connie Esparza and husband Jason Stovall; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends, Sunday, January 6, 2013, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 PM, Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held, 10:00 AM, Monday, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Lancaster, Texas, entombment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
