Preston was a gifted musician, who enjoyed playing the bass guitar and double bass cello. He attended Booker T. Washington and Bryan Adams High School.
Preston is survived by his parents, brother, Sylvan Ray and wife Megan; his paternal and maternal grandparents; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home, at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 20th, 2010. Interment will follow immediately at Hillcrest Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the SPCA of Dallas, www.spca.org, Jewish Family Services at www.jfsdallas.org , Boy Scout Troop 543, 2938 Millmare Drive, Dallas TX 75228, or the charity of the donor’s choice.
