Richard was born on September 1, 1936 in Commerce, Oklahoma; son of Willard Charlton and Edna Williams and passed away January 30,2025, joining 3 of his kids. He’s survived by his wife Mary Flores Charlton, his remaining 4 kids, 14 grandkids, 33 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Richard grew up to be someone who brought joy, kindness, and warmth to everyone around him. Whether it was through his time in the Navy, going to the casinos, or just casual conversation; he touched lives in countless ways especially his humor as we all may know.
