He passed into God's eternal kingdom on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 in Mesquite, Texas. Born on November 27, 1957 in Dallas, Texas. Richard died of lung and brain cancer surrounded by those he loved.
Richard was a beloved member of St. Edwards Catholic Church.
He is predeceased by his parents, Roman and Juanita Gutierrez; He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Villanueva and Selina Delgadillo and four grandchildren: Luis Delgadillo, Eddie Villanueva, Alyssa Villanueva, and Gabriella Delgadillo.

A service will be held at the north chapel inside the Mausoleum Center at Calvary Hill Funeral Home,
