He is survived by his mother, Irene Garcia; daughters, Arianna and Ariela Chavez; brothers and sisters, Janie Aguero, Jesus Chavez III, Irene Chavez (Abiel Davila), Roque Chavez, Valente Chavez (Renata), Jessica Chavez (Raul Hernandez), Stephanie Chavez; maternal grandmother, Aurora Flores and paternal grandmother, Petra Martinez de Chavez. Visitation: 5-9 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2012 and 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2012 in the Grove Hill Chapel. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2012 in the Grove Hill Chapel. Interment to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
