She was born in Collin County, Texas on April 18, 1937 to father Ollie Parks and mother Ruby Parks. At the age of 17, she married Kenneth William Miller on March 26, 1955. They had two wonderful daughters, Lenora Davidson and Patty Gresham. Kenneth and Rilda shared 66 years together in marriage. Rilda held strong convictions in her faith and love for the Lord. She was well-known for telling the truth and standing up for what she believed. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
Rilda was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Miller and her daughter Lenora Davidson. She is survived by her daughter Patty Gresham, and sisters Patsy Miller and Mary “Scooter” Nuzzi.
A graveside service will be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home on Thursday January 2nd, 2025 at 11am.
