Rodrigo was born in Dallas, TX to Janet and Ignacio Nevarez on January 1st, 2003. He was a student at Braswell High School and graduated in 2021, later working for Trufire Restaurant. Rodrigo was prepared to enlist to the Army; he already passed the necessary tests with impressive scores and longed to serve his country in the infantry.
Rodrigo was the considered to be the “life of the party”; he loved family gatherings and could always be found on the dance floor. He also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors and was known to paint in his spare time; he loved the beach and swimming too. Rodrigo loved all of his cousins dearly, making them laugh and gracing them with memories they will cherish forever. He was one-of-a-kind and was not afraid to show it. Forever charming, he always had a smile on his face even when he was in trouble. Rodrigo loved his life and lived it to the fullest. Family and friends remember him as “just a fun and wild young man since day one.” Very smart and fearless, there was nothing that he could not overcome. He will be missed. Our lives will never be the same without him, and his memory will live in our hearts forever. Words will never be enough to describe what he meant to our family.
Rodrigo is survived by his parents, Janet & Ignacio; his brothers, Isaac and Isai; his sister, Rubi; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
