Roland was blessed with a large and loving family. He married his best friend and love of his life, Veronica Lopez, the day before his birthday on October 13, 2001 in Dallas, TX. He and Veronica have nieces and nephews that they treated as their own. Roland enjoyed playing & coaching soccer, shooting pool, cornhole, family cookouts, reunions and special occasions of all sorts. He played in a competitive pool league for the last 2 years of his life. He loved blasting music at home, especially his 80's faves. He loved Sci-fi movies & shows and Japanese anime, so much that their 6 dogs were named after favorite characters.
