

Ronald (Ronnie) Keith Fields was born in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of the late Benjamin and Bernadine Fields on October 11,1953. He attended Christian Chapel AME where he began his Christian journey at an early age. Ronnie was a product of the Richardson Independent School District and graduated from Lake Highlands High School. Upon graduation from Lake Highlands High School, he continued his education at El Centro Community College. He married Toni McClenton, and to this union, two children were born.
Ronnie was a committed brother, father, friend, cousin, and grandfather. He never met a stranger. He was a mentor to some, and a father-figure to many others. Ronnie was a strong, hardworking, brave, intelligent, loving, charismatic and humble individual who will be remembered by his infectious smile.
Ronnie was known as a hard worker. He was often called a “jack of all trades.” He knew how to do almost anything, and things he didn’t know, he would somehow figure out. Ronnie was employed as a printer for Legal Directories Publishing Company for over 30 years until his health made it difficult for him to continue.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents Benjamin and Bernadine Fields.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories daughter, Tamara Johnson (Dwune), son, Jonathan Fields (Erica), granddaughter, Lily Bella Fields,a devoted sister, Gloria Fields, aunt, Linda Phillips, uncle, Roy Turner, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends who loved him dearly.
