Rosalinda Olivares Mireles 64, passed away October 3, 2013 in Farmers Branch, TX. Born on May 15, 1949 in Dallas, TX to Gabriel Olivares and Virginia Mireles, Rosalinda was a very special woman. A hard worker who was forever putting others first, especially her family. She was the caregiver to her parents and siblings before their death, most recently her mother when she became very ill. When medical staff said the care would be very complicated and difficult for Rosalinda, she insisted that she be taught how to provide the care she so wanted to give her dear patient. She loved animals, including her 7 dogs, 16 canaries, 1 cat and numerous fish, she considered them her children, but her greatest love was her family. A dear sister, aunt and friend, Rosalinda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gabriel Olivares and Virginia Mireles; her brother, James Olivares; and her sisters, Dolores Cortinas and Mary Helen Reyna. Rosalinda is survived by her brothers, Gigi Olivares and Richard Olivares; special friend, Rafaela Ruiz; 3 generations of nieces and nephews; other family and many friends.
