Rose Vrla Temple was born July 13, 1923 in Ennis, TX to Joseph & Lela Vrla and passed away January 27, 2013 in Dallas. Rose is survived by her brother, George E. Vrla & wife Demetra; step-daughter, Suzanne Erwin & husband Charles; nieces, Jamie Green & Kelli Vrla; grandchildren: Lisa McCoy, Chandra Sipes, Heather Reeve, K.C. Erwin & Amanda Sadler; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Rose lived an active life. After graduating from Forest High School in 1941Rose worked for US Steel, Oil Division, and retired after 38 years. She was a faithful member of her church, outdoor enthusiast and loved expressing herself through oil paintings. Rose will be greatly missed all. Visitation is 6-8p.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2013at the funeral home.
