Dr. Sabrina McCullough was born on April 8, 1969 in Dallas, TX. She was lovingly raised by Eva McGensey. She was the oldest of three children, which included Deldren and Eddie McGensey. She married Scottie McCullough, and to this union were born three beautiful children, Joshua, Taylor, and Omari, who were her pride and joy. A well-educated woman, she graduated from Booker T. Washington HSPVA in Dallas, Texas. Afterwards, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Science Interdisciplinary Studies (1992), her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction Technology (2011), and finally, her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management (2016). Professionally, she worked for various school districts as an instructor, specialist, and presenter for nearly 20 years. In 2016, she founded 224 Solutions, where she was a dedicated consultant and coach in the field of mathematics. As a member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, she served lovingly in Awana and the Children’s Ministry. She was most proud of her work in support of those afflicted with breast cancer, and was a founding member of the Breast Cancer Support Group of OCBF. She participated in the Susan G. Komen race for the cure every year. A crowning achievement for her was being the face of Susan G. Komen’s 2008 Celebrating Survivorship ad campaign.
Dr. Sabrina McCullough transitioned into eternal life on Tuesday April 2, 2024. She was welcomed into her eternal home of glory by her grandmother, Eva McGensey
and her parents, Brenda McGensey and Johnell Bryant.
She leaves to cherish her memory her three children, Joshua, Taylor, and Omari,
and a host of family and friends. Although we are heartbroken by her passing, we
have peace and comfort in knowing that she is resting, healed, and made whole in the bosom of Jesus Christ. She has left a legacy of charity and love, and she will forever be missed.
