Sara Hurtado

Sara Hurtado, age 88, passes away on 7/15/2020 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on 10/15/1931 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Luis and Maurilia Narvaez. Sara was raised, along with her sisters and brothers in Nueva Rosita Coahuila, Mexico and attended local schools in Rosita. She married her first and only boyfriend, Julio Hurtado and the couple had 7 children. She was Homemaker, wife, mother and Industry worker at various places in Dallas where she worked for more than 20 years.

In her spare time Sara enjoyed her wonderful family, worshiping God, making all our favorite dishes, singing with my dad, yearly vacations back to Mexico to visit her Mother, enjoying her grandkids and loving life and God in general. Her family and friends will always remember her as a kind, loving, and selfless strong woman with a big heart ready to help anyone.

She is preceded in death by: her parents, Luis and Maurilia Narvaez, her two older sisters, Eva and Rosita, her brother Rogelio Narvaez, husband Julio Hurtado Sr and her son Julio Hurtado Jr and grandson, Julio III.

Survived by her: Siblings and their families Angelita Munoz, Guadalupe Flores, Luis Narvaez, Abel Narvaez and Gerardo Narvaez. Her Son and family; William & Blanca Hurtado; Melissa & Victor Jimenez, children Lily, Andy and Alex & Laurie. Daughters and family; Anna & Louis Contreras, daughter; Jennifer & Bentley and son Skyler Ethan. Eva & Pedro Vidal, Priscilla, Pedrito & Meghan Vidal II, children Julian and Lauren. Natalie Vidal & son Elijah; Adam L. & Bertha Vidal; children Isabella and Adam Jr. Sylvia & Paul Shuffield, children Gilbert Roblez Jr, Sarah Roblez, child Kennedy and son Michael Shuffield; Josephine & Rick Marez; children Nicole; kids Joseph & Matthew and Jake Marez and youngest daughter and caretaker, Cynthia & Juan Gonzalez, along with many great grandchildren.

Wonderful Blessed Mother and will never be forgotten!
