Sharanna Jo Carter/Bridges, 56, of Duncanville, TX, died August 8, 2020, in Dallas, TX, after a very short battle with AML Leukemia. She was born February 7, 1964, in Lindsborg, Kansas. She was employed by AT&T for 23 years.
Sharanna will be remembered for her one-of-a-kind personality. She never met a stranger, and if you didn’t know her, you would fall in love with her within 5 minutes. She had a very witty personality, was smart, funny, sarcastic, a little curt, and just a bright ray of sunshine. She was a huge lover and collector of anything Little Mermaid. She will be sorely missed!
She was proceeded in death by her maternal grandparents, Delmer and Alice Pritchard, Paternal grandparents, George and Velma Carter, parents, Melvin and JoAnn Carter, and Brother Melvin Carter, Jr.
Survivors include her loving husband Bobby Bridges of Duncanville, Texas; son, Andrew Nowicki, of Dallas, Texas; sister, Theresa Carter of Springfield, MO; and brother, Mark Carter (Tammy), of Little Rock, AR, and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, August 21, 2020 at Laurel Land Funeral Home Dallas TX. With Pastor Nathan Tucker
