Shirley Faye Culberson was born on November 7, 1935, to the parentage of Maggie and Dadie Barrett. She attended Clemmons High School and Tyler College. On May 4, 2015, she departed this life to begin a new life in God’s Kingdom. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Maggie and Dadie Barrett; husband, Sandy Culberson; son, Sammy Culberson; sister, Maxene Kidd; and two brothers, Samuel and Douglas Barrett. She leaves to cherish her memories, five children, Michael, Alfred, James, Laura and Jerone; two sisters, Deborah Barrett and Belinda Wilson; one brother, Glenn Barrett; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
