Toby J.Bouillion of Dallas, Texas left this great earth on January 4, 2024. He was born on September 28, 1966 in Rayne, Louisiana to Jeffrey and Pam Bouillion. Oldest of two children, he graduated from Rayne High School in 1983 then attended the University of Southwest Louisiana and graduated in 1991 with a BA in Social Work.
He is survived by his life partner of 35 years, Scott Veillon, his parents Jeffrey and Pam Bouillion, his sister Kathy Fontenot (husband Troy Fontenot) and their two children, Joshua, Seth Fontenot and Daniel Bouillion (God Father). He also loved his deceased grandparents: Houston and Josephine Bouillion (paternal grandparents) and Aaron and Ruby Lagneaux (maternal grandparents) and his beloved Nanny Caren Babineaux (sister to Pam Bouillion)
Toby had the kindest heart, loved strong and was loyal to his friends and family. He was a homebody and enjoyed “vedging” on his love seat with his two beloved pets, Beetle and Junebug. He kept his child-like behavior in continuing to love toys, stuffed animals, rubber ducks and toys that will always make you jump on surprise. Friends and family will continue to love and laugh about his OCD behavior which would go as far as alphabetizing seasonings, can goods, and his reading book collection. There isn’t a person that met Toby that didn’t fall in love with his funny, positive, creative, smart, and loving personality.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
Services will be held at 4pm on Saturday, January 13, 2024, in the chapel of Sparkman-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75225.
