Virginia, lovingly known as Mamahoney to her family, is survived by her two daughters, Jan Tippie and husband, Kenneth Tippie, Gray Dansby and husband, Daniel Dansbly, three sisters, Pat Coker Jacobs, Margie Kemp, and Shelby Levy and cousins Dan Cruse and Anna Margaret Clements. She had 5 grandchildren: Susan Hulen, Grace Niemeyer and husband Greg Niemeyer, Billy Tippie, Katherine Powell and husband Brad Powell, Emily Kaler and husband Jacob Kaler. She had 13 great grandchildren: China Pappan, Christian Hulen, Lacy Hulen, Jeremy Duncan, Molly Niemeyer, Emily Niemeyer, Patrick Powell, Margaret Powell, Christopher Powell, Andrew Kaler, Katie Kaler, Sarah Kaler and Papouche Kaler.
She was preceded in death by her parents Leora, and Robert, and her husband, the love of her life, Bill.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 26, 2016 at Sparkman-Hillcrest Funeral Home from 6-8pm. Her service will be held at Sparkman-Hillcrest Funeral Home on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 10:00 am.
