

Bill was born in North Tonawanda, NY, on June 3, 1943, to Walter and Helen Stynetski.
Bill was President of Hardhatjobs, Inc. and spent more than 30 years in recruiting Construction Executives. He loved the Buffalo Bills and became a Dallas Cowboys fan as well when he moved to the area in the late 1970s. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and cooking up his famous Spaghetti Sauce to share with all who came to dinner. Bill never met a stranger, and his outgoing personality, sense of humor, and incredible taste in music will be missed.
Bill is preceded in death by parents Walter and Helen Stynetski, Brother-in-law Douglas Cowell, son-in-law, Regan Taylor, and son Cary Fisher.
Bill is survived by his spouse, Marie Fisher, and sister, Mary Ellen Cowell. Children: Belen Taylor, William Stynetski, Mark and Danielle Stueck and Carmela Fisher. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on December 13, 2025, at Calvary Hill Main Mausoleum North Chapel, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, TX 75220.
