Barbara A. Burke

Barbara was born to James L. DeWan and Caroline Heffernan DeWan in Ogdensburg, NY. She lived her early life in Binghamton, NY, her married life in Brewster, NY where she raised her four children, and lived her retirement years in Bethel, CT.

She is survived by her son Patrick Burke; her daughters Laura Demment and her husband, David; and Sheila Bonnabeau and her husband, Blake; and her three beloved grandchildren, Angelica and Blake Daniel Bonnabeau and Jessica Demment. She is also survived by her siblings Tony, Jim, Eddie and Sr. Virginia.

Graveside services will be held rain or shine at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 25, at St. Lawrence O’Toole Cemetery, Turk Hill Rd at Rt. 22, Brewster, NY.

There are no calling hours.
