Candelaria was born in the Dominican Republic, daughter of the late Casimiro Guerrero and Secundina Silvestre. She immigrated to the United States in 1972. Beloved mother of Aida, Saida, Isabel, Maria Dolores, Tirso, Maria Antonieta and Melania: predeceased by two sons, William and Manuel Antonio. Loving grandmother of 43 grandchildren and 106 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Church, Danbury, on Monday morning at 10:30 a.m.
Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
