

Born on August 16, 1959, in Yonkers, New York, Frank was the beloved son of Linda R. Spera and Frank A. Spera. He grew up in New York and graduated from Carmel High School before earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Pace University.
Frank built a long and successful career at Oracle Corporation, where he worked for over two decades. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Frank was deeply committed to causes close to his heart. For more than 15 years, he volunteered with the Connecticut Humane Society, devoting countless hours to animal rescue efforts and advocacy.
Frankʼs passions extended into many areas of life. He was an avid cyclist who found joy on the open road and trails alike. A lifelong fan of Yankee baseball, he also had a deep appreciation for Formula One racing, drawn to its precision and excitement.
Frank is lovingly remembered by his father, Frank A. Spera; his brother, Christopher Spera; his nephew, Kyle Spera; his niece, Paige Spera; and his cousins Joseph Wassmann and Patricia Eccelston. He was predeceased by his mother, Linda R. Spera.
Frankʼs legacy is one of quiet strength, and an enduring commitment to animals. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
