Joseph P. Campanelli, 65, of Danbury, passed away at New Milford Hospital, on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Joseph was born in Worcester, MA, son of the late Paul and Florence (Koziol) Campanelli. He was a graduate of St. Peter School and Danbury High School. He also had worked for many years in a local factory.
He is survived by his sister, Frances McCauley of Danbury, his nephew, Christopher Vasale and wife Karola Marin of Miami, FL, his half Brother, Louis Campanelli, his aunts, Ida (Russo) Coladarci of Danbury and Stella (Koziol) Amour and husband Alfred of South Grafton, MA, an uncle Michael Russo of Piedmont, CA and several cousins.
Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours. Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
