

Niang was born in Guang Dong, China, where he owned a carpentry business before immigrating to the United States in 1993.
He enjoyed riding his bicycle, playing basketball, doing crafts, gardening, listening to Chinese opera, and indulging in a glass of peach schnapps.
He was the son of the late Jia Fa and Xu Qian. Niang was predeceased by his wife, De Mei.
He was a loving father and grandfather and is survived by his sons: Hui Guang Huang and his wife Lili, Hui Huang and his wife Qian; his daughters: Chu Zheng Huang and her husband Ka Ming, Hui Jian Huang and her husband De Jian, Eng Ung and her husband Chian Chang; his grandchildren: Shaun, Samantha, and Sabrina Chang; John, Michael, Mason, Megan, Kylie, and Jessica Huang, and 13 others; and 23 great-grandchildren.
