He was the husband of the late Frances Kowalczyk and the late Gilda Bostock.
Peter was born on November 17, 1934, in Manhattan. He is the son of the late Julia Kokinchak.
Peter was raised in Yonkers, New York.
Peter served in the US Navy. He was honorably discharged from the Navy on November 16, 1955.
Peter enjoyed painting and fishing as well as volunteering in a variety of capacities at the Danbury Senior Center.
Peter had a career in marketing and computer software. Peter was a resident of Danbury, beginning in February 2005, and was a parishioner of St. Peter’s Church in Danbury.
Peter is survived by his sons, Neal and Allan, his daughter, Jennifer, his grandchildren Alex and Michael, and a sister, Dorothy.
A memorial gathering for Peter will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Following the memorial gathering will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St, Danbury, Connecticut 06810.
