Ray was born on June 19, 1930, in Arnold, Pennsylvania. He served in the Navy before graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. Ray spent his career as a stockbroker in the Danbury area.
Ray is survived by his daughter, Lucy LaPointe and her husband, Jason, and their two sons, Anthony and Raymond LaPointe and his son, Andrew DeMaria and his wife, Marion, and their two sons, Jacob and Charles DeMaria and a great granddaughter, Julia DeMaria, and many extended family members. Ray was predeceased by his loving wife Nina and grandson, Jason LaPointe Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10:30 am at St. Joseph Church, Brookfield, with the Rev. George F. O’Neill, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
