Robert (Bob) L. Kisker, 80, of New Fairfield, Connecticut, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. A longtime resident of New Fairfield, he was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late William Kisker and Margoth Hengstler.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Camille M. (Delia) Kisker, and their three sons: Robert and his wife Melissa of Canton, GA, Stephen and his wife Jennifer of Basking Ridge, NJ and Christopher and his wife Jillian of Newtown, CT. He is survived by his seven grandchildren, Jordyn, Cody, Anna, Katie, James, Mason and Harper. He is predeceased by his brother, William Kisker.
Bob grew up in Ridgefield, NJ. After attending NJIT he started his career as a chemical engineer for Union Carbide. His job took him and his family from New Jersey to Victoria, TX, then to New Fairfield, CT and eventually to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His professional accomplishments were matched by his deep commitment to his family and community.
Upon retirement, Bob and Camille returned to New Fairfield and bought a summer home in Lanoka Harbor, NJ where they spent many happy times with their children, grandchildren and friends. His guidance and sense of humor will be missed by all.
