Bobby,

This is one of these messages I wish I said to you when you came to our last Christmas party. Unfortunately as humans we take advantage of the time we have with each other not realizing how precious it truly is.

I met you when I was young, basically the age to be a younger brother. You accepted me although I'm brothers with Larissa's Dad, and treated me like family. You did this with everyone I've ever seen you interact with. 

When I was starting my career, you got me an interview at the Steam Fitters Union. When I would see you, you'd motivate me saying I was a good uncle and to continue to do my best to exceed.

You're the man boys dream to become, and a legend that will never be forgotten. Little Bob, Larissa and Theresa miss you immensely and will continue to do so. Your family, friends and anyone that knew you will never be the same with you gone.

Me... I've learned a lot from you. I've learned that you can be a tough person but compassionate. You can be at your darkest hour but still brighten someone's day.

I love you Bobby. I'll miss you every Christmas  (and the amount you'd eat). Until we meet in heaven, Thank you for being you. I never told you, but you were always a brother to me in my eyes.

I would like to say to my cousin Bobby Jr. and the Moe family  big bobs mom brother sisters  sister in law brother in law nephews and nieces. My deepest condolences to you guys.  I will always remember the first time Mary introduce us to uncle bob. We all loved  him from the moment we met him.  My cousin Rosa and I spent a lot of time with uncle bob and Mary we slept at there house almost every weekend. Mostly for uncle bob lol.  But he was so much fun. he use to play games with us play tag hide and seek  give us whatever we wanted and we always went back for more sleepovers.  I remember telling Mary when you and uncle  bob have kids he is going to be the best father . And that he was.  Uncle bob and aunt mary new how much them having little bob meant to me . And I was allowed at the hospital. Mary had such a high fever and I was so scared uncle bob told me everything will be ok I promise you she will be fine and the baby. I will
Never forget uncle bobs face when he held is boy for the first time being that Mary had high fever she could not hold him . So uncle bob was the first to hold him. If you could see the light in his eyes.  Little bob you where and till the day he past his world . Anyone that knows your dad knows how much you meant to him. You  where his world and everyone knows that. The bond he had with you was unbelievable. Your where the light of his life.  Always hold on to that. I will miss you uncle bob. And little bob  Michelle and baby Mia you will always have a garden angle. I am always here for you guys. xoxox  love your cousin   Keija ponticello 

Dear Theresa, Larissa and Bob,
I want to express my deepest condolences for you and family. Bobby fought the battle with all he had and was determined to see his beautiful kids grow and prosper. How awesome are those pictures with Mia, oh my gosh, you see the love he had for her in every one of them. Such joy she gave him. Larissa and Bob, I know you are hurting and missing him so much but, try to have peace knowing how proud you made him and how much he loved you both.
Theresa, it was Bobby who brought me to you. He knew you and I would be good friends. Whenever he spoke of you, his eyes would sparkle and his love for you was so obvious. You two have something so special, soulmates for life. You were so fun together, laughing, goofing around. You both were always willing to help out anyone who needed you. Bobby was always the first to say hello, he’d say, hey sweetie, how are you, with his great smile. I will miss his smile.
Theresa, my friend, I know your heart is broken and his was also when he surrendered. Although, his physical body had to leave you, his spirit will always be with you. His undying love for you will never leave. He will be your angel.  I hope you will find peace in knowing this, my friend. What you two had together can only be imagined by most.
Bobby Moe was a great guy and I am honored to have known him.


My dearest Boo.

We didn’t get to finish our love story.  I am hanging on to the love story we lived and never had the opportunity to finish. I am lost, wondering what to do with all these memories. And future plans we had. It was going to finally be our time. How I can continue on with Life without you?

You hid so much of your pain from the world, only those in the hospitals and privately at home know just how brave and strong you really have been for 4 1/2 years. The sheer torture you went through. Larissa and I by your side 100%.  We fought the system you and I Boo, we refused to take NO for an answer. Most importantly you did this all on your terms & you know I had your back at every turn. Including a few run ins, which I would do all over again for YOU!

Your sheer determination to live life to the fullest (Capt’n Overboard) was awe inspiring. Hearing even more stories from friends only exemplifies your love of family, friends & of course fun! I loved that that’s how you lived your life.

As a Proud Dad to Bobby and Larissa, you taught them an excellent work ethic, responsibility, & to follow their dreams  no matter what and I am glad you had the opportunity to watch them grow into the funniest awesome adults they are today! They will continue to be inspired by you forever.

You will never not be with me. I hear your voice all the time. I cannot walk through our home or go out of house without thinking of you. The pups miss you terribly.

Regardless of the world, you and me know, we just know. I admit - You were RIGHT!! 

We both promised - to take the love with us.

I love you, forever, I promise.

Big Bob,

I have only had the pleasure of knowing you for the better half of a decade and from that first time we met, you considered me and treated me like family. You and your beautiful  wife Theresa, Larissa, and Bobby have been such a big part of our family in such a short time.  Your dedication to your family and those you consider family will be cherished forever and will bring smiles to our faces for years and years to come.  Theresa, Little Bob, & Larissa - know that Bob will be looking down on you to encourage you to continue living your best lives, as he would insist, and I am sure he will let you know it if you get out of line. We love you all and will remember Big Bob always.

Bobby, 

You’ve been such a big presence in so much of our lives.  The memories over the years will stay with us for a lifetime.  We’ve laughed with you more often than we cried, and we thank you for that!  Anyone that knew you well knew the full life you led early on and would agree you knew how to push every aspect of life to the full limits with that golden grin of yours.  Your knack for capturing hearts and making new friends never faded, and it was heartwarming to watch.

The Brother bond that you and Walter shared was incredible, to say the least.  I was privileged to witness this amazing relationship grow stronger over the years.   You were more than just Brothers.  You were friends first always, sharing so many common interests and loves, along with many laughs.  The trips to Florida, those daily morning phones, and most often followed by several more throughout the day – to talk about something specific, or nothing at all.   The topics may have changed over the years, but the importance of the calls never did.  That silence will be deafening in our house for a very long time to come.

You have impacted Nick and Rachel’s lives as well in many ways. You were more than an Uncle to them both and they are so fortunate. You and Nick shared some years working together in the Union as well as the love for fishing, but there’s so much more.  You were like a 2nd father to him and he always knew he could turn to you no matter what.  For Rachel,  the constant communication you shared with her on her journey through Nursing school was so special for her.  I know she looked forward to those talks.  And what a trooper, the hours-long dance recital that you sat through years ago, she will never forget it!  They loved you and looked up to you.  You had a way of letting them know throughout their childhood  and growing up that you were there for them if needed, and later on – they were there for you.

For me, I feel blessed to have been part of your life and to have called you my “Brother”.   It started way back in Armonk in my teens at the Moe family dinner table - Often very amusing.  I will carry those memories, cherish them and many others with me forever.  Thank you Bobby.   Time will heal us, but we will never forget you.  You leave us all with a deeply saddened heart, but I know you are at Johnny’s side now smiling with him.

My Brother Bob, only from a nother Mother. Our Family's grew up together in Armonk, Bob & my Brother Greg were inseparable, there are so many stories, like snow skiing off the back of the truck through Armonk. The boys where always thinking up something, they were never bored! And maybe causing a little trouble here and there! Bob had a great heart & always there if you needed him. Great loss & will be missed from all. We will soon be together again

Uncle Bobby you will be missed. I know you are so proud of Bobby and the life he has created and they man he has become. I wanted to share a memory from  when I was about 6 years old. Uncle Bobby wrapped himself up in a blanket and had a stuffed teddy bear around his head and climbed the siding of the condo like a ninja. He knocked on the window scaring me and Keija we screamed so loud! That’s what I remember about Uncle Bobby he was a fun and caring Uncle. Rest peacefully xoxo

Uncle Bob, I’m grateful to have connected with you recently. As a kid I remember you being this big tough loving guy always yelling at us to stop playing video games and go outside. And the last time we spoke hearing you gush over you granddaughter is something I will never forget. I know you are resting peacefully knowing you raised a strong young man that is more then capable of taking the reins. You are greatly missed but I feel blessed to have had you in my life. Cheers to the next time we meet.

 1-Bobby riding his Kawasaki 90 with no exhaust all over the roads of Armonk in the middle of the winter with  Goggles and long blue  down jacket. ( We nicknamed him goggles Paisano)
2-Me riding right alongside Bobby 
3 - Picking up Bobby and Timmy Petre in my Blazer for High School and Deciding if we were going to school or going to the Kensico Dam for the day.
Bobby was a very special person and a very big part of my life growing up and I will never forget the great times we had together.
