Vania A. Silveira

She was born in Terra Boa, Brazil a daughter of the Adenilto Oliveira Jano and the late Maria Geni Luiz Jano. She immigrated to the United States in 1997 and settled in Danbury.

Vania was an active member of the Assembleia De Deus in Danbury.

Besides her husband and father, Vania is survived by her children: Thais Jano; Vanieli Perdigoto and her husband, John; and Danilo Dos Santos, all of Danbury. Her grandchildren: Jonathan, Isabella and Gabriella. Her siblings: Adenil Jano, Lucieni Silveira, Ivone Jano Pina and Gisele Jano, all of Brazil.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 11am on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury.

Burial will follow in Wooster Cemetery, Danbury.

Friends will be received from 5pm-8pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the funeral home.
