OLYNYCH, Doreen H. - 86, of Dartmouth, passed away on September 2, 2021. Born in Saint John, NB., she was the daughter of the late Edward and Gladys (Dempsey) Power. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She was considered the seamstress of the neighbourhood. She is survived by her sons; Mike (Brenda), Dan, brothers; Donald Power and Larry Power, sister; Marg Cormier, six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband; Dan, son; Paul, grandson Chris, brothers, Charles and Raymond. A private graveside service and burial will be in Gate of Heaven cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Lung Association. Doreen will be sadly missed by family and friends. She was the backbone of our family.
