

Goudey Dorothy Beryl, 91 passed away peacefully July 21, 2011 at Oakwood Terrace. Born in Imperoil and raised in Woodside she was a daughter of the late Samuel & Viola (Freeman) Pagan. She is survived by son Robert (Kelli), daughter Claudine, grandsons Nigel (Jolene) Park, Robbie (Mandi) Goudey, all of Dartmouth. She is also survived by Nigel’s father Ian Park, brother Bill (Mary) Alexander, New Germany, brother in law Herbert Smale, Middleton, sister in law Marg Pagan, Ontario, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother Hubert, sister Carol and sep father Joe Alexander. Dot worked many years for the city of Dartmouth, even after retirement worked for the city in municipal elections. She was co-founder of WPW Baseball Assoc. She was always a lady to get involved weather it was church alter guild, politics or the fabulous handcrafts she created. She touched many people as her home was always a meeting place for co-workers, friends, neighbours or young people. She was a very loving devoted Nana. A sincere thank you to Dr. Moriarty, Dr. Gagnon and staff at Oakwood Terrace, especially A-Unit and the rec. dept. At Dots request there will be no visiting, a memorial service will be held 2pm Monday July 25, 2011 in St. Lukes Anglican Church. Dartmouth Rev. Debra Burleson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hermon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Oakwood Terrace Rec. Dept. or charity of choice. Arrangements entrusted to A.L.
