Born in Paterson, New Jersey, in 1925 to the late Rudolph and Ruth (Post) Kroeze. She is survived by her son, Theodore (Karen); grandchildren, Adrianne, Erik, Tara and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Reid and Cecily. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, George; brother, Herman Kroeze and son, Thomas.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday January 29, 2015 at 11am in Iona Presbyterian Church, 90 Lucien Drive, Dartmouth. A reception will follow in the church hall. Interment will be in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
