Eleanor Noreen Harding

Eleanor is survived by her sons Stephen (Sara) Harding, (Bridgewater), Mark (Ruth) Harding (Dartmouth), Derek Harding (Grande Prairie), her grandchildren Alex (Samantha) Harding (Torbay NL), Ryan (Katrina Lapierre) Harding (Barrie ON) and her two beautiful great grandchildren Jacob and Olivia, sisters Venita Dooks, Phyllis Carty, Helen Mowtschan and brother Stanley Myers. Eleanor was predeceased by her loving husband Murray and siblings Eugene Myers, Orman Myers, Watson (Burke) Myers, William (Bill) Myers, Frederick Myers and Bernadine Myers.

Eleanor loved to dance. She and Murray could be found at legion or club dances every Friday and Saturday night. She enjoyed the company of her friends from her days working at Eatons, Sunday afternoons at the Newfoundland Club and weekly outings to Mic Mac Mall to meet up for coffee and good conversation.

Cremation has taken place and in keeping with her wishes there will be no funeral or visitation. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Nova Scotia.
