Jack passed away peacefully in his 86th year at Kings Rehabilitation Centre after a lengthy stay.
He was predeceased by his parents Ruby and Ernest Merrell, and 3 brothers, James, Ernest, and Gerald.
Left to mourn his loss is his brother Rick (Annie).
Jack will be interred in Mount Hope Cemetery in Brantford Ontario
